This is not a book you read once and put on the shelf. It is a combat manual for building generational wealth. Treat it like a training program you will live with for the next 12–18 months — and then reference for the rest of your life.
The Recommended Path (Most Effective Way)
Week 1 — Foundation. Read the Preface, , and run the . Do nothing else until the numbers are written down and you have signed your .
Weeks 2–13 — One Chapter Per Week. Live with one chapter for seven full days before moving to the next. Complete every Action Item, , and Journal Prompt. Do not skip the scripts — speak them out loud in real conversations.
Weeks 14–16 — The . Use the checklists in the Appendix to install the full system (, , first legal moves, family meeting, and so on).
Ongoing Practice

- Every quarter: a full and review.
- Every birthday: the and the .
- Every January 1: a full with your family.
Pro Tips for Maximum Results
Keep a physical binder or dedicated digital folder titled “My Generational Wealth System — [Your Name] Estate.”
Print the , the , and the and keep them visible.
Find one accountability partner (spouse, friend, or mentor) and share your quarterly numbers with them.
Re-read the every 90 days — rate yourself 1–10 on each. The goal is steady 1% improvement.
Virtually every tracker and document you will need is in the Appendix and provided for you as templates.
Understanding “Priority” Transfers
Throughout this manual you will see the term .
This simply means the automatic movements of money that happen first — before lifestyle spending — every time income arrives. These transfers fund the most important rooms in your system (, , , and Stewardship) so that wealth-building happens by default instead of by leftover willpower.
In practice, Priority transfers are the percentage of every paycheck or income deposit that is automatically routed into Rooms 2–6 according to the plan you set in Chapter 9. Everything that remains after the Priority transfers have been made is available for normal spending.
Mindset Reminder. You are not “trying” to build wealth. You are now a steward installing a proven system built on discipline. The book does not work by magic. It works by ruthless, consistent execution.
How Each Chapter Ends
Each chapter ends with the same practical close. These are not optional extras; they are how the material moves from theory into your actual life:
- Actions: specific tasks to complete before moving forward.
- Scripts: exact language to use in real conversations (where useful).
- : a real-world experiment to run that week.
- Journal: a focused question to deepen ownership and clarity.
- Rule: a single memorable principle to carry with you.
- Next Step: the matching live drill in , and the next chapter.
Do not skip these. Reading the chapter without completing the close is like reading a training manual without doing the drills. The transformation happens in the application.

Final Instruction. Do not try to do everything at once. Do the next right thing perfectly. Then the next. do not get there by being smarter. They get there by refusing to quit on the system. You now have the same system. Use it. Relax… take a deep breath and… Welcome to the discipline of the 1%.
